Painting Process Steps

Call/Text (720) 805-9337 or Contact Form - We will arrange a time to visit the property and to give you your FREE Estimate and FREE Color Consultation.

Customer Agrees - to the written estimate and Mark will collect 25% (commercial deposit is different) of the contract price. The remaining 75% is due day of completion.

Power Wash/Surface Preperation - A lasting paint job starts with great preparation.

Home / Business Painted- Mark will explain the estimated timeline for completion.

Inspection/Estimate - Mark Nelson or another estimator will visit your home or office to examine the property. If the estimate is virtual, Mark will likely be close to the price estimated but that price cannot be fully guaranteed until inspection.

Final Inspection and Walk Around with Happy Customer - Customer is Very Pleased with Price, Speed and Value of the Painting Job. Customer refers neighbors, friends and even select enemies for a dinner referral gift card from Coarcama Painting with each painted property!

Are you Licensed and Insured?

Yes, we are a licensed painting company, and we carry full insurance coverage to protect both our clients and our team.

How do you handle unexpected issues or changes during the project?

We're aware that unexpected issues may occur, such as discovering rotting wood during inspection/painting or encountering more extensive scraping than anticipated. While such situations are rare, if they arise, we'll collaborate closely with you to address any changes or challenges promptly.

Do you handle minor or major repairs if necessary?

Yes. Most of our contractors can handle replacing simple boards, caulking, etc. at an affordable price if necessary. If the job is much more extensive, we have relationships with Construction Contractors who will do a great job for a fair price.

What kind of paint do you use and do you offer environmentally friendly options?

For us to guarantee our work we must use excellent quality paint. We use Sherwin Williams as our primary paint (Low VOC Interior for environmentally friendly), but can use others assuming they meet our quality standards.

Can you offer Color Selection advice for my property?

Of course! Color selection to make your property look fantastic isn't as easy as most think. Best to blend or enhance colors in brick, roof, etc. Neighbor colors should be considered as well among other things.

Why is Color Selection so critical?

More than 3 colors can look both consciously and subconsciously confusing. It is typically best to stay with neutral colors, both interior and exterior, especially if you are selling your home.

What if I forgot the exact colors of my house?

No problem! We can easily complete a simple color match, taking into consideration your color may have faded. Or, if you have an H.O.A. (Home Owners Association) you can give us their number and we'll find the color for you. We can also get you the updated color-approved list if changing color.

Is there a Warranty or Guarantee on your work?

Yes. We stand behind the quality of our work with a 3-year warranty. We offer a warranty on both materials and workmanship to ensure your satisfaction.
